I'm coming in ☄️ with this quick energizer! If you've been feeling a little off energetically - tired, restless, or even overwhelmed - this post is for you!

The energy of August is a BIG ONE! There is so much happening this month with kiddos going back to school, schedules getting back on track, dodging school busses on way into the office (#hybridworkplace 😉), and end of summer vacations to cram in before the Pumpkin Spice season hits...

WAIT A MINUTE!!! Starbucks already has it out don't they? 🤦🏻‍♀️

Okay, so life is moving forward whether we are on board or not. And here's the thing my friend, we have the power to reclaim our life, to reclaim and OWN our energy in any moment. Today I'm sharing how!

When you are feeling unclear on where to start on the path towards your vision for success OR your to do list try this one simple trick...

FOCUS ON YOUR 24 HOUR WIN!

WIN stands for What's Important Now (Thank you to the great Lou Holtz, Notre Dame football Coach!)

Why the 24 hour WIN?

Because when we focus on the next 24 hours we become present to the day we are in, the moment we are in, right now. This presence will support you to narrow your vision to what needs to take place in a short span of time instead of getting lost in your grand vision for your future. (Which by the way is extremely important to have!) And allowing your head to spin in circles to the depths of despair. On those days when the mountain seems just a little too big to climb, reclaim your energy and focus on the 24 hour WIN.

Here's a simple 5 step process for How to WIN Your Next 24 Hours

1) Get centered: Take a deep breath to pause and re-center yourself. Or step outside for a breath of fresh air. Stand up and shake out your body. What ever you need to do to get out of your head.

2) Ask this question: "What is most important for me to get done in the next 24 hours?"

3) Write it down: Get everything out of your head and onto paper, this will settle your spinning mind. Even if you create a long list let it flow out.

4) Focus on 24 hours: Identify what is important and achievable TODAY. Keep in mind you will factor in meals, family, and sleep.

5) Move forward: Pick 3-5 WINS to focus on today and let the rest go. (Hint: They will be there for you tomorrow).

You, my friend, are here on purpose to do amazing things! I believe in you and I know you can do anything you set your mind to. So reclaim your energy and reclaim your day, OWN Your ENERGY!!
